01) Can you explaine what is Reseller Hosting?
With a Reseller plan, you can host unlimited domain names and manage them thru the second control panel, WebHost Manager. All the reseller plans are hosted on super fast servers with the following hardware specifications:

02) How Much do you charge per account that is being created thru my reseller account?
There's absolutely no extra charges or fees per domain/account. You will only pay the monthly fee and you can create unlimited accounts under your reseller plan.


03) Can I really create unlimited domains?
Yes, you can create as many domain as your disk space and bandwidth allows you.



04) Will each account have its own control panel?
Yes, every domain will have its own control panel at http://www.domain.com/cpanel



05) Is the reseller plan private label ?
Your reseller account will be 100% private label, plus your clients will never realize that you are one of our resellers by having your own DNS's.

07) On which platform/OS do you offer reseller hosting?
We offer reseller hosting on Linux based platforms. RedHat 7.3



08) Does the WebHostManager 6.4 come with background process monitoring to detect and kill bots?
The WebHostManager 6.4 does not come with background process monitoring/killing. This feature is set for root access and it's always enabled. So once a process is running it will be kill it automatically.



09) Is there a way with the reseller program to set-up a demo control panel for customers, the way you have Here ?
We can setup you a demo control panel for Cpanel as per your request, free of charge.



10) It is very cool you offer branded DNS. What is the TTL set for?
On default the Time To Live (TTL) is set to 14400 seconds.



11) Going down the reseller path, would we have a dedicated person to work with or the first person available?
Since we want to offer 24/7 support to clients with average response time of 45 minutes to tickets, the first person available will assist you. Since we are using ticketing system, every tech staff can read the previous conversation between you and other technical staff. so he/she can resolve/answer your inquiry with no problems.




12) Could you just tell me if your hosting supports MS Access Database in combination with ASP?
Unfortunately not. We do not offer .NET or Microsoft ASP support.



13) In the reseller program I can resell or "retail" the disk space by hosting unlimited domains, right? Do you provide domain name registration service for the many subsequent domains that I bring in? How much it costs.?
You can reseller or retail the disk space and host as many domain as your disk space/bandwidth allows you. We can provide you domain registration for only US$ 10/year. Please note that at the moment domain registration is not in real time. You need to contact billing department or make a support ticket.



14) You mention FREE domain in list of features at reseller plans, is that means you'll register a domain name for any applicant who has not gotten a domain name, free of charge?
Yes, we will register a top level domain (.com .net .org .info .biz .us) free of charge. But please note that we will NOT register domains free of charge for your clients. You will get one domain free of charge per each reseller account.
